Product Warranty

We're genuinely proud of our quality products, so if something doesn't seem right, we've got you covered with our 12-month warranty. 

What's covered: faults or defects in the materials or workmanship on the product. If we got it wrong, we'll make it right.

What's not covered: accidental damage, knocks and collisions, misuse, incorrect installation, extreme weather, and everyday wear and tear. Any changes, alterations or modifications to the product will also void the warranty.

One quick favour: please give your order a once-over as soon as it arrives. If you spot any transit damage or faults, lodge a warranty claim within 24 hours of delivery, and we'll sort it out for you.
