Estimated Delivery Times

East Coast Major Cities: 1-5 business days after dispatch
Outer Cities & Suburbs (including Adelaide): 2-10 business days after dispatch

Express Shipping: 
Express shipping is provided by Australia Post, they estimate 1-3 business days.
We cannot guarantee delivery times and cannot offer a refund if your parcel exceeds estimates. 

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are usually shipped within 24 business hours (same-day processing in most cases).

  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

Shipping Policy

We ship Australia wide, shipping is calculated at checkout

Returns & Refunds

You may return most new, unopened products within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be in resaleable condition, including original packaging. Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the return is due to our error (e.g. incorrect item sent).

Shipping costs (if applicable) are not refunded.

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive your return

Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • You’ve received a faulty item

  • Your order is incorrect
